Biography
Michele Chiaruzzi insegna Relazioni internazionali nella Scuola di Scienze Politiche dell’Università di Bologna ed è Life Member del Clare Hall College di Cambridge. Durante la sua attività ha ricoperto incarichi di ricerca e insegnamento alla Brown University, University of Queensland, Université de Montréal, Università San Raffaele a Milano e presso la Fondazione Bruno Kessler di Trento. È autore, tra l’altro, di “Politica di potenza nell’età del Leviatano”, prima monografia italiana sulla teoria internazionale di Martin Wight del quale ha ultimamente curato l’edizione critica di un inedito mondiale dal titolo “Fortuna e ironia in politica”.
Michele Chiaruzzi teaches International Relations at the School of Political Sciences of the University of Bologna and he is a Life Member of Clare Hall College, Cambridge. During his career, he held research positions and teaching at Brown University, University of Queensland, University of Montreal, San Raffaele University in Milan and at the Fondazione Bruno Kessler of Trento. He is the author, among other things, of “Power Politics in the Age of Leviathan”, the first Italian monograph on the international theory of Martin Wight which has recently edited the critical edition of an previously worldwide unpublished volume entitled “Fortune and humor in politics “.
